Program Leadership

Amy leads the DTech Program from her home base in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She is passionate about working with people early in their careers and helping individuals who are under-represented in tech connect with amazing mentors and opportunities.

Dr. Daily is a Professor of the Practice at Duke University, and received her masters and doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For the past 20 years, she has designed and implemented various programs to diversify the STEM pipeline. 

As a Senior Program Manager with DTech, Kelly coaches undergraduate students studying technical majors, builds recruiting relationships with employers and creates programs to support DTech Members.

Joy comes to Duke from the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she served as the founding Director of Admissions and the Director of Postbaccalaureate Studies Programs.
