Kelly has 25+ years of experience in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, campus relations and project management and is enthusiastic about helping people develop their unique abilities and find their strengths so they can live their best life. As a Senior Program Manager with DTech, Kelly coaches undergraduate students studying technical majors, builds recruiting relationships with employers and creates programs to support DTech Members. She earned a BA in Communications from The Ohio State University.
