Kelly has 25+ years of experience in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, campus relations and project management and is enthusiastic about helping people develop their unique abilities and find their strengths so they can live their best life. In addition to providing overall leadership for DTech, Kelly is invested in coaching undergraduate students, building relationships with company partners and creating programs to support DTech Members. She earned a BA in Communications from The Ohio State University.
