Joy Henderson

Program Manager

Joy comes to Duke from the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she served as the founding Director of Admissions and the Director of Postbaccalaureate Studies Programs. She has 15 years of experience in recruitment, advising, and program management including process creation and development.  In addition, Joy has been very involved in the community, including serving as a Crisis Text Line Counselor, Patient Advocate at the Duke Cancer Institute and is a Fuquay-Varina Arts Center Friends Board Member.  She graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Communications and Applied Technology.
