Executive Director
Charlene Lee currently serves as Executive Director of the DTech Program, where she combines her roles as a lecturer, coach, and writer to help young people reach their full potential. After founding a leadership training company in 2022, Charlene has personally taught and coached individuals from new grads to executives at Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, and universities, including Duke, on how to succeed in their careers.
Charlene studied computer science at Wellesley College and the University of Oxford and previously led teams at Google and startups for over 10 years as Senior Director of Product. Her international career has taken her to four countries and eight cities across Asia and the US. She’s a certified yoga instructor (though her only student is herself) and is always tinkering on a new creative project. In her free time, she loves hosting dinners and retreats and hopes to one day find enough time to write all her children’s book ideas and articles on “Things I Wish I Knew.” Check out her writing at www.charlenealee.com.
