Mukherji is proficient in Python, Java, R, Git and Vision Neuroscience. In 2017, she was as a software development research assistant in the Hoff lab at Duke and worked on a team to create an open source interface between Arduino and R. She also worked in the Glickfield Lab at Duke modeling the dynamics of circuits in the visual cortex using Python. In the summer of 2016, she has the opportunity to work as a summer researcher at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit where she conducted data collection and research paper writing.
Perrone is proficient in Java, C, Python, Matlab and MIPS Assembly language. As part of her Duke education, she has had the opportunity to build a microprocessor from scratch, learned how to use a Huffman decoder, and created a team of robots from Arduino boards that are capable of performing tasks in unison. Perrone serves on the technology committee for Duke's Business Oriented Women club, and is part of Chance Tutoring where she tutors underprivileged high school students in math and science. She is a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and has performed in plays.
Nagar is proficient in Python, Java, C, R, and HTML/CSS. She is a teaching assistant for Duke's Computer Science Department. She studied abroad at the Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy, and now serves as an Umbra Institute Ambassador. As an ambassador, she interacts with prospective students and shares her experiences from study abroad program in Perugia. At Duke, she is involved in Duke club soccer and previously served as a council for the Durham Academy Soccer Camp in Durham, NC. Nagar also serves as the recruitment chair for the Alpha Phi Fraternity.
Malaba is a Duke MasterCard Foundation Scholar and is proficient in SolidWorks, LABVIEW, PSPICE, MATLAB, Maple, Java and Assembly, and is learning Arduino. She speaks Ndebele, Shona and Nyanja, and has intermediate level language proficiency in Spanish and French. In 2014, she served as an intern for Capital Support in London, UK, and as an IT Technician Intern at Capernaum Trust Organization in Zimbabwe, Africa.
